Reading between the lines to establish a plot, it looks like this little flash of Angel Dust's violence against wise-cracking side-kick Weasel comes after Wade slips Weapon X's grasp and escapes back to his home neighbourhood. Incidentally, it's interesting to see Angel Dust imagined as Ajax's pit bull enforcer. Seeing a female character in that role is somewhat unexpected. Seeing his favourite drinking hole burned to the ground, and his best friend defiled is hardly going to please Deadpool. Though the fiery battle between Ajax and Wilson immediately follows this sequence in the trailer, that is clearly set at the Weapon X facility (since there are gurneys visible in the background).
