Disney Buys Fox: 8 Epic Storylines The MCU Can Now Adapt
4. FF & Fantastic Faux

Fans may be particularly excited to see the traditional Fantastic Four make the leap to the MCU in the coming years, and while there's little doubt that Reed, Sue, Johnny and the ever-lovin' blue-eyed Thing will all be introduced at some point, there is precedent for Marvel to experiment with the FF license.
The team have been absent from the comics for way too long now - only returning this week in a brand new #1 featuring the talents of Dan Slott and Sara Pichelli - but shortly before they exited the spotlight the book took a few twists and turns.
Johnny Storm was killed off and the Future Foundation was created with Spider-Man as the famous fourth member, then he returned from the dead and the traditional Four reassembled. After that came the Fantastic Faux, which completely changed the line up and had Ant-Man, Medusa, She-Hulk, and Ben Grimm's niece in the leading roles, and though it wasn't the Fantastic Four, it was still a fantastic comic and one Marvel's writer's room will be all too aware of.
This isn't to say that Marvel should mess with the established formula, but in looking to provide their own spin on the team, these two books should be their first point of reference.
