Doctor Strange In The Multiverse Of Madness: 10 Rumours That Could Change Everything

Ever since her full introduction to the MCU in Age of Ultron, the franchise has been moving towards Wanda' House of M style breakdown. After losing her family to war, her brother to Ultron, and Vision to Thanos, it is no stretch to think she will crack like in the comics.

With her love somehow returning for WandaVision, Scarlet Witch could be getting set up to get hurt all over again, resulting in her losing control of her powers, tearing the universe and all reality to pieces. This is rumoured to be how the Disney+ series will link directly to the Multiverse of Madness - Wanda will go insane and it is up to the Sorcerer Supreme to save every universe.

One of the key threads throughout the entire movie will be the choice Doctor Strange faces when one of his allies against Thanos essentially becomes the villain. He can either attempt to kill Wanda and save the universe, or he can try to save both.

This would obviously give Strange an incredibly difficult decision to make, likely having to balance advice from the likes of Mordo and Wong if he does in fact bring together his team of sorcerers. It would also allow Wanda, who will be referred to as Scarlet Witch for the first in the franchise, to truly embrace the latter half of the name.
