17. True Memoirs Of An International Assassin
This Kevin James-starring "comedy" rocks a cool 0% on Rotten Tomatoes to date, even though the script somehow appeared on the 2009 Black List of best unproduced screenplays.
While it's undeniably glossy and there's definitely a decent enough idea at its core, this is a typical Kevin James movie through and through, barely straining for the easy joke each time, even if it's marginally less infuriating than, say, the Paul Blart movies.
Ultimately though, it doesn't work as an action film or a comedy, and certainly as an action comedy, due to indifferent set-pieces and lowest-common denominator humour.
