EVERY Halloween Death RANKED By Stupidity

Dr. Sam Loomis - Rob Zombie's Halloween II

Donald Pleasence's Sam Loomis might be a smidge unhinged and a tad erratic at times, but he's nowhere close to being the absolute a**hole that the Malcom McDowell iteration of Loomis is.

Loomis has a few questionable moments in Zombie's first Halloween, but by Halloween II, he's a total prick, having made a fortune off the tragic events that Haddonfield has dealt with, and becoming a total diva of the highest order in the process. So, when he's finally killed by Michael Myers in that film's finale, you kinda feel like he totally deserves it.

As for that death, Michael just, well, goes ballistic when confronted by Loomis, slashing and stabbing him a lot; to the point that Loomis is a bloody, brutalised corpse, with even a little bit of his brain on display.

Dana Haines - Halloween (2018)

Dana is one of the two podcasters who decide to stir the pot 40 years after the events of Halloween night 1978. By that, that means that Dana and her partner Aaron visit Michael at Smith's Grove, present him with his old mask to try and get a reaction, and then pester poor Laurie Strode to discuss her memories of the night that she was nearly killed; a night that saw her two best friends not be so fortunate.

If you poke the bear, you can't really complain when the bear pokes back. Or to paraphrase The Breakfast Club, if you mess with the bull, you might just get the horns.

For Dana, those 'horns' come in the form of the now-escaped Michael snapping her neck in a gas station bathroom.

Aaron Korey - Halloween (2018)

Aaron edges it above Dana in the stupidity stakes, for he'd found a couple of dead bodies at that gas station, so he was well aware Michael was back in action.

The point being, he was a little more clued-up than Dana as to what was happening. And while it's obviously admirable to look for Dana, the stupid part was trying to match up to Michael in a physical fight that resulted in Aaron having his head repeatedly smashed into the wall of the gas station bathroom.

Again, play silly games, win silly prizes.
