33. Milton Krest - Licence To Kill

Adolph Gettler James Bond
MGM/UA

Milton Krest (Anthony Zerbe) is a marine researcher who's working as a drug smuggler for Franz Sanchez. The most memorable thing about him for most is no doubt his ludicrously violent death: suspecting him of betrayal, Sanchez puts him in a decompression chamber and turns the pressure valve until Krest's head literally explodes.

It's no doubt mainly thanks to this that Licence to Kill is the only Bond film to get a 15 certificate in the UK.

For the rest of his screen-time, Krest is OK. He's not memorable at all (aside from his death, of course) but he is pleasingly realistic.
