At the beginning of Jurassic World Dominion, in a similar way to how Fallen Kingdom ended, there were several shots that established how life was now that dinosaurs were out in the wild. One of them showed what happened when a Mosasaurus met a fishing boat in the open ocean.

Yes, the fisherman had a job to do, just like they did before the dinos were loosed, but InGen only had one Mosasaurus. Surely there was plenty of space in the seven seas to fish where this leviathan wouldn't have been to attack.
