EVERY Jurassic Park & World Death RANKED By Stupidity
6. Bobby Atwater - Jurassic World Rebirth
The majority of the people heading into Ile Saint-Hubert in Rebirth were there to bring back the dino DNA and potentially save lives, though there was undeniably a monetary factor as well. However, Bobby Atwater (Ed Skrein) did a poor job at hiding just how excited he was at the prospect of hurting the dinosaurs.
He was enthused by the weapons and what they would do far beyond the realms of pure self-defence, and when the Spinosaurs did come toward the boat, he couldn't break them out fast enough.
Bear in mind that these are the same dinos that saw Reuben's (Manuel Garcia-Rulfo) boat and left them alive to tell the tale, and there was no reason to think that the same might not happen a second time. Bobby exposed himself on the side of the boat to fire off his weapon at the beasts, though, damaging and deterring them as much as he would have with a water pistol in his hands.
Unsurprisingly, he was the only casualty of that attack. Everyone else made it to the island in one piece (though Nina didn't last too much longer), and had he just been patient and not been so determined to fire on the dinosaurs to begin with, he may have survived, too.
