Every MCU Dad - Ranked From Worst To Best

Clint Barton just misses out on being the best dad in the MCU one spot, but admittedly there’s quite a gulf between him and the number one pick.

He’s a good father when we see him at it, but with him never having a solo film and just being a supporting Avenger in team ups, we haven’t seen all that much of his dynamic.

Still, it’s enough to earn him the second spot, which is a testament not only to how many truly terrible fathers there are in the MCU, but also to the fantastic writing in his family scenes and the brilliant acting Jeremy Renner brings to the table.

His scene training his daughter at archery before seeing her get dusted set the tone for the bleak, soulless world of Endgame, but also showed how close he and his kids are. It’s a pity that they aren’t giving his daughter the Kate Bishop storyline to see this develop further.

Looking back on the MCU, it’s hard to think you would change anything given how fantastic Endgame proved to be. More of Clint as a father wouldn’t go amiss though.
