Every Pixar Hero Ranked From Worst To Best

While Luca's relatively low-stakes story might mean that its title character (Jacob Tremblay) isn't the most sophisticated of Pixar heroes, he sure is fun to be around.

Much of the enjoyment stems from the fact that Luca is quite literally a fish out of water - a sea monster whose worldview is expanded beyond belief when his pal Alberto (Jack Dylan Grazer) nudges him to explore the Italian village of Portorosso.

It's gratifying to witness Luca's wide-eyed wonder at human life on land, which paired with his touching burgeoning friendship with Alberto makes him an extremely easy character to like.

Again not the most fleshed-out of Pixar protagonists, but incredibly likeable regardless.
