Roses are red, violets are blue, if Kelsey Grammer is a voicing an animated character he's 100% the bad guy. It may not rhyme but it's true. There was Sideshow Bob in The Simpsons and then there was Stinky Pete.

Angered by never being bought when he was new and jealous of all the space toys who were, Stinky Pete is willing to do whatever it takes to get to the toy museum in Japan, where he'll finally be adored for a change, even if that means sabotaging Woody's escape plans and tearing him apart.

He's a downright horrible toy, emotionally manipulating the rest of the Round Up Gang by claiming that they will be abandoned by Andy when he grows older. His reasoning is understandable and his warning about Andy proves somewhat accurate, the main villain of THE BEST Pixar movie has remained a strong fan favourite for over 20 years.
