20. Origin Story

The adventure to the N-Zone is where it all starts to go tits up for the team. Or where it all starts to get interesting, depending on your point of view. In this trailer we get more of an extended look at their doomed expedition (pun intended and will pay off later), as they slowly make their way across these peculiar mountains and apparently nearly all die thanks to a big old pool of lava. It could be that it's Johnny Storm who falls into the lava, which would make sense, considering he becomes the Human Torch; we also briefly see Reed's arm stretching to try and save him. Could their powers be connected to their near-deaths in the N-Zone? Or is it Doom who falls into the fiery pit, resulting in his scarred appearance?
