Here's how much the film cares about Cipher's team of presumably supremely talented geek underlings; not one of them even has a name.

They are responsible for pressing the buttons for some of the most impressive looking set-pieces in the film: the zombie cars, using God's Eye to find the Russian diplomat, hacking the submarine... but they're called things like God's Eye Tech, Zombie Car Tech, EMP Tech or the even less glamorous Super Jet Tech.

if you can remember them for more than a couple of minutes after the credits roll, you're probably giving them far more credit than the film-makers tried to. Especially as they were cast aside whenever Cipher needed something particularly techy done, and then they just sort of disappeared entirely during the Shaw brothers' attack on her plane.
