4. The Upgraded Weapons
It may simply be that the concept art lacks a little detail, but Gamora's sword Godslayer looks to have gone through a slight design change since the last movie. It looks sleeker, and it appears that there may be a second removable blade on the underside as well as the detachable dagger.
What's more remarkable is the apparent revelation that Yondu can use his Yaka Arrow to fly (in a similar way that Thor uses his hammer). That's assuming that what he's holding is not another form of technology of course, but it certainly looks like it could be the sound-controlled arrow.
As a side-note, it also appears that he's changed his "hair-style", swapping the flat square cranial augmentation for a spiked one more in line with his classic look in the comics.
