Tom Holland's Spider-Man is both the present and future of the Marvel Universe, so it would be wise to assume that he'll be joining the Avengers full time once Infinity War is over.

Having declined proper membership at the end of Spider-Man: Homecoming, Peter Parker finds himself drafted into the Avengers ranks in Infinity War. Whereas that particular crisis spurs a reactive decision, however, subsequent appearances will no doubt see the wall-crawler take a more proactive role on the team, following in the whole 'with great power, comes great responsibility' mantra bestowed by the still yet to appear Uncle Ben.

Spider-Man might not've been an Avenger in the traditional sense in the comics, but he's got a massive profile and it'd be silly not to have him involved in one way or another. That, and he's bound to play a key role in both upcoming Avengers films, so expect him to bust out the membership card once Infinity War wraps up.
