Film titles don't get much more attention-grabbing than that of the new Taron Egerton-starring comedy-thriller Everybody Wants to F**k Me, starring Egerton as a man who is being stalked by women who, well, you can probably assume the rest from the title.

We don't know much about the film yet beyond its provocative setup, but honestly in a cinematic landscape where it's increasingly tough to get the audience's sustained attention, this oughtta do it.

And that's half the battle won - if this also happens to be a witty and original genre-bending exercise, then it could be one of next year's most talked-about movies.

Egerton stars in the film alongside Jessica Henwick, Mia McKenna-Bruce, Charly Clive, Herbert Nordrum, and Sophie Simnett.

Whether that title will stick for the theatrical release, though, is another matter altogether.

Considering that Macon Blair's "The S**theads" recently got retitled to the decidedly more boring "Idiots" for its own big-screen rollout, it's doubtful.
