Coming soon to a theatre near you, The Sorcerer Supreme is more than likely to step into one of the leadership roles in the New Avengers once he's been introduced. Representing the entire supernatural side of the MCU, Stephen Strange has much to offer the team, in terms of both power and the diversity of his history.
His arrogant and prickly demeanour can set him apart from the rest of the relatively likeable cast, as could his magical power set. He's a bit of a lone wolf and prefers to contribute from the sidelines, but in the comics, when the Avengers need his help, he shows up and does so in a big way.
The magic and cosmic worlds don't necessarily blend together Magic but Strange's extraordinary skills might be exactly what the team needs to face a threat unlike any they’ve known. It's also a safe bet that there's some magical element to the Infinity Stones which only he could deal with.
