Jurassic Park 4: 5 Potential Results Of Hiring Colin Trevorrow

3. He€™s the Next Spielberg

steven-spielberg-black-and-withe1 Trevorrow could be the next big director. It is quite possible that Hollywood, in particular executive producer Steven Spielberg and producer Frank Marshall see something quite extraordinary in this young talent. Maybe, Trevorrow has such a great vision for the project that he was hired in spite of his short resume. That could very well mean we are in for a big treat. Again, I€™m going to compare Rise of the Planet of the Apes to this project. Rupert Wyatt, who did an incredible job reviving the Apes franchise, was also a novice and relatively inexperienced. However, he was able to turn out a great movie that expanded the franchise and took it in some very interesting yet fateful directions. Maybe screenwriters Silver and Jaffa are very compatible with young up-and-comer directors.
