Justice League: 10 New Scenes Zack Snyder's Upcoming Reshoots Could Add

7. The Flash Learns How To Travel Back In Time

Justice League Snyder Cut
Warner Bros.

Based on what Zack Snyder has revealed, it seems the final act of his Justice League will see the team defeated at Steppenwolf's hands, with a panicked Barry Allen running back in time to stop that from happening, discovering that there's more to his powers than speed alone in the process.

It would be a little weird for the Scarlet Speedster to suddenly figure out he can travel back in time by mistake, so new scenes can now be added which delve a little further into his abilities and how they work. Now "Knightmare" is no longer getting an entire movie to breathe, Bruce Wayne could even talk to Barry Allen about his vision, thereby ensuring this final act twist makes more sense.

This could tie into the aforementioned point about Barry helping stop that desolate future coming to pass during the final battle, and obviously lays the groundwork for The Flash movie as well.

The Cosmic Treadmill is arguably a good concept to introduce to fans here, and a scene with Batman, Cyborg, and the Flash all working on that in the Batcave would be awesome to see in live-action.
