Some of the film's most effusive praise so far has been for young Dafne Keen, who plays Laura aka X-23, the pint-sized mutant spawned from Wolverine himself.
It's now been confirmed that Laura actually doesn't speak in the movie as many fans already speculated, but Keen has nevertheless received acclaim for her expressiveness, conveyed through facial tics and the sheer physicality of her performance.
Several critics also questioned whether Laura could become an interesting new mascot for the franchise with this apparently marking Jackman's final appearance as Logan. Time will tell...
