Thanks to a big "leak" on 4Chan that was summed up on Reddit, it seems the next Infinity Stone to ppear in the MCU will be The Time Stone, which will appear in Doctor Strange.

The film needs something that ties it more tightly to the overall narrative of the MCU, and an Infinity Stone would make sense.

And of course, there's already a strong possibility that Doctor Strange's Eye Of Agamotto is the Stone itself, fitting in with the approach they've taken so far of having key Marvel artefacts be revealed as Stones.
