5. Nebula (Avengers 4)
Why She's Likely To Die: Nebula has gone from being a sub-villain in the first Guardians movie to one of the top contenders to actually defeat Thanos for good, especially factoring in her comic-book history, wherein she swipes the Infinity Gauntlet from him and causes all sorts of havoc with it.
As a character, Nebula is driven by her hatred of Thanos, and has a desire to make him suffer for all of the pain he caused her when she was younger (and still causes her, based on that torture scene in Infinity War). She wants revenge: that's basically what her character is all about, and with her being one of the few characters left alive after Thanos' snap - a group Marvel chose very carefully - it's likely she'll get it.
But whether she actually gets to strike the killing blow or not, you get the sense that Nebula would welcome her death as long as she was assured of Thanos' defeat. If Gamora is gone for good, she has nothing else to live for, and will do whatever it takes - even knowingly head to her own death - to take him down.
