3. The Final Battle Is Incredibly Inventive

Everything from the moment Cross appears in Cassie's bedroom is brilliant, from the villain's creepy kids TV calm voice through to the brilliantly inventive use of the Thomas The Tank Engine set.

It's the crowning glory in a film with incredible action and effects sequences, with wonderful little details like the Star Wars blaster sound effects to the excellent use of Cassie's toys and the giant ant. It blends humour with genuine excitement and some of the best effects in the entire MCU.

And Cross' death might well be the most disturbing moment in the entire franchise, though it's quickly undermined by the excellence of the Quantum Realm.
