He was asked to join the harmonica players blues band and today Bishop has over 20 albums to his name with the Elvin Bishop Group alone, an ever-present during the decades of the Quills mixtape and an important part of Guardians of the Galaxy. His song Fooled Around And Fell In Love is what Quill is listening to when he passes his headphones to Gamora, telling her about the legend of Footloose in which a great hero named Kevin Bacon teaches a whole town of people with sticks up their butts that dancing is the greatest thing there is.
