MCU: Every Phase 3 Main Villain Ranked From Worst To Best

The second Spider-Man villain on this list, Adrian Toomes is shown as a regular guy right from the opening scene of Homecoming. He's a relatable, working man whose big opportunity is stolen right from under him by those representing Tony Stark, without a second thought to what the ramifications for him and his co-workers might be.

Though he uses the alien tech he is able to keep to manufacture weapons, his intent is to feed his family and keep them happy. He is doing right by his wife and daughter, even if his methods aren't exactly legal or morally right.

Michael Keaton portrays the two contrasting personalities of the villain wonderfully. As Adrian Toomes, the character is a typical loving husband and father - hard working, and happy at home. The other side of the coin is the Vulture, who is malicious, vicious, and willing to cut down anyone in his path regardless of who they are.

The journey on the way to the homecoming dance is the perfect example of both sides of Toomes, grilling Liz's date as only a caring father can, before threatening the lives of Peter and everyone he cares about without a second thought just minutes later.
