MCU Phase 4 Avengers: 15 Characters Who Must Appear (And Who Should Play Them)

Seeing as both Marvel and DC are based in the USA, it's not really a surprise that, for the most part, their characters also originate from the States.

Yet, when a large portion of the MCU focuses on space, you would think seeing some heroes from across the pond wouldn't be too difficult to convey on the big screen.

Though, if any of the British contingent of Marvel's characters were to join the cinematic roster, then it really should be Captain Britain. Much like Brand, this patriotic hero has some strong ties to the world of the X-Men, with his sister being Psylocke, making him another excellent, potential candidate for slowly introducing mutants to the MCU.

Now, while Christian Bale would be most Marvel fan's dream choice to play the character, he is just a tad too old to be in a role that will likely last for at least the better part of a decade, if not longer. As such, Richard Madden, who has previously starred in both Game Of Thrones and as the eponymous Bodyguard in the BBC series, would be as good a match to portray the hero in the MCU.
