7. Captain Marvel 2

It's slightly early to start talking about Captain Marvel kicking off a new franchise with sequels, but that would follow Marvel's usual approach to releasing, and it is widely believed that the character will be one of the key members of the Avengers after the original crew step aside.

Introducing the Skrull/Kree war seems like too much of an event for one movie alone, and hopefully we'll hear about the sequel as soon as the first film comes out. That will, of course, also mean it was a success, which everyone should be crossing their fingers for.

Assuming the first film focuses on Marvel's origin and then Avengers 4 brings her back into the modern day fray, there'll definitely be enough left in her comic book stories to warrant a solo film. And hopefully that will further seed a Secret Invasion event.
