Would it be out of the question for the studio to consider hiring Matthew Vaughn considering his Kingsman films lampoon Bond's tropes and lore so heavily? A lot of Vaughn's possibilities as a candidate would depend on how much he really wants to make a third Kingsman film and whether he'd like to come full circle on Daniel Craig's Bond.
