Ranking Every Billion Dollar Movie - From Worst To Best
18. Avengers: Age Of Ultron

Box Office: $1,405,403,694
Age Of Ultron might have been the movie that almost broke Joss Whedon, but it deserves a lot more appreciation than he's very publicly given it since its release.
It has truly great elements, like Tony Stark's spiral into over-zealous paranoia, the idea of superhero accountability and James Spader's off-the-chain hammy villain. And it also manages to escalate the threat of The Avengers while also exploring the dynamics at play between the team members a lot better. Sure, it's not the most subtle of movies, but it's a lot of fun all the same, even with Quicksilver's death at the end.
It's not quite as good as The Avengers, but the idea that it's considered one of the MCU's poorer efforts in some quarters is just baffling.
