Ranking: Every Tim Burton Movie From Worst To Best

10. Corpse Bride (2005)

Alice In Wonderland Johnny Depp Frankenweenie
Warner Bros.

Though a little of its luster has worn off over the years and at 77 minutes in length it's totally insubstantial, Corpse Bride is nevertheless an imaginative gothic romance with lush visuals and knowing performances from Johnny Depp and Helena Bonham Carter.

Before they went into business for themselves as a movie studio, Laika (Paranorman, Kubo and the Two Strings) were for-hire animators and are responsible for Corpse Bride looking as beautiful as it does.

It's a shame the narrative doesn't quite live up to the film's look, though, with the protagonists coming off as unsavorily aloof and simply difficult to warm to.

Best Moment: The touching scene where Victor and Emily play a piano duet together.
