3. Adam Sandler & Jennifer Hudson Have Zero Sexual Chemistry

Add Jennifer Hudson to the long list of actresses who have been shoved into a romantic pairing with Sandler despite sharing zero sexual chemistry with him, with some of the more recent examples including Jennifer Aniston, Salma Hayek and Michelle Monaghan.

Hudson is a very charming woman in her own right and she brings an affable enough presence to the film itself, but her tentative, predictable romance with Sandy is laughably unconvincing because the pair don't click on screen, and it's incredibly tough to believe she'd ever fall for someone so annoying.

This is a typical Sandler trick, and while it's hard to blame him casting beautiful women as his love interests, it just contributes further to the film's overall wildly self-indulgent tone.
