Shang-Chi & The Legend Of The Ten Rings: 8 HUGE Questions Raised By The Post Credit Scenes

2. What Are The Ten Rings & What Are They Calling To?

Three of the greatest minds the Avengers have to offer came together to try and figure out what exactly they were dealing with in the Ten Rings. There was no record of them in the Kamar-Taj library, Bruce confirmed that they were not made of vibranium, and Carol was certain they were not of alien creation.

This rules out a lot of potential options, and leaves both fans and Avengers alike with absolutely no idea what the weapons are. They allowed Wenwu to take down entire armies, and live for a thousand years, and still there is nothing known about them.

It was told that Shang-Chi’s father found the Rings a thousand years ago, and since the next MCU movies is about a race of powerful super-beings that have been on the planet for 7000 years, could there be a connection between the Ten Rings and the Eternals? It would make sense as to why no one can place their origin, since the Earth has spun for centuries in ignorance of their existence.

The trailer for Eternals tells that the movie’s events kick off with the energy created by 3 billion people returning to life on Earth at once, but what if there is more to it than that? Could the beacon that the Ten Rings sent out have something to do with why the Celestials suddenly begin to take notice of Earth once again?
