Solo: A Star Wars Story - Every Character Ranked Worst To Best

4. L3-37

The latest entry into the lineage of sassy Star Wars droids, L3-37 manages to stand out from the crowd thanks to her bow-legged appearance, Phoebe Waller-Bridge's accent, and being an activist for equal rights.

Oh, and for a very weird relationship with Lando.

The character brings some of the movie's biggest laughs with her hints at a sexual relationship with Lando, and so too does her bid for equality, with Waller-Bridge doing some great line delivery. Again, the death maybe doesn't quite land with the kind of gut-punch required, but it's saved by the character then becoming a part of the Millennium Falcon. It explains why C-3PO heard a strange dialect aboard the hunk of junk, and even further deepens both the relationship audiences and characters have to ship, and the idea of the ship as its own character.
