5. Where Does Peter Get The Stealth Suit?

The trailer shows off several Spider-Man suits, the most distinct and eye-catching of which is the Spider-Man Noir-esque stealth suit, a sneaking suit which will clearly be used for an infiltration mission of some sort during the Prague-set portion of the movie.

The question remains, though - where exactly did Peter get the suit from? Assuming Tony Stark is still alive, he could've gifted it to Peter, or perhaps more likely, Happy retrieved it from a dead Stark's lab as a possible posthumous parting gift to his young apprentice.

But the simplest solution is often the correct one, and it's most probable that the suit was given to Peter by Nick Fury. After all, the Secret War comic saw Spidey teaming up with Fury and, yup, he wore a not dissimilar stealth suit during his sortie.
