Spider-Man: Homecoming - Every Secret You Need To Know

8. Who Bought Avengers Tower?

One of the most weirdly prominent plot points in Homecoming is the sale of Avengers Tower, as Tony Stark finally completes the move to the new facility in Upstate New York.

It's mentioned several times, and yet, no reference is made to who actually purchased the tower, which has caused rampant fan speculation about what this might mean for the wider MCU.

Two theories have already gained significant traction online, that either Norman Osborn bought the tower, or perhaps Reed Richards, the latter leading to the potential introduction of the Fantastic Four to the MCU.

It's fair to say that the former, with Osborn being a Spidey villain and all, is infinitely more likely, though considering that Marvel President Kevin Feige has already stated that the sequel's villain will be new to the big screen, any involvement from Oscorp will probably be window dressing at best.

Still, in terms of widening the MCU's world-building even further, it'd be very much welcome.
