Spider-Man: Ranking All The Movie Costumes Worst To Best
5. The Amazing Spider-Man 2
Spider-Man's suit underwent some changes for the second outing of Andrew Garfield's interpretation of the character. In the first film, his suit resembled the Earth-1610 version of the character, rather than the more traditional Earth-616.
In The Amazing Spider-Man 2, the suit was again modified, but this time, it took on a much more classic appearance. The colors remained the same, but the stripe along the waist was returned.
Additionally, the arms looked much more like the classic Spider-Man look than the more modern interpretation put forth in the first Amazing Spider-Man film.
The biggest change to this costume has to be the logo on the center of the chest. It is much larger than the previous film and looks more like the one found on the black suit (only it isn't colored white against black). The legs extend further up and down the chest and are established far more prominently than previous cinematic costumes.
