Spider-Man Homecoming: 5 Scenes We Need (And 5 We Don't)
2. Iron Spider Armor

A feature that would go hand in hand with the use of other MCU characters - namely, Tony Stark - the Iron Spider Armor is a robotic wearable costume, modeled after Starks own Iron Man suit. Traditionally, its worn by Spider-Man during the Civil War story-line, but if it doesnt make an appearance in the latter movie - and the word is that it doesn't - it should be a focal point of Homecoming.
Weve had quite a few Spider-Man movies, but not much of a variation on his costume. Sure, theyve all featured different red and blue patterns interspersed with black lines, but the overall feel has remained largely the same. The Iron Spider would be a good way to neatly tie in Peter Parker with the wider Marvel Universe, while simultaneously giving us something weve never witnessed on screen before.
We know from Civil War that Spidey and Iron Man have a pre-established rapport, so it seems logical to bring the two even closer together over a mutual love for science and technology.
