Spider-Man Homecoming: 5 Scenes We Need (And 5 We Don't)

2. Iron Spider Armor

A feature that would go hand in hand with the use of other MCU characters - namely, Tony Stark - the Iron Spider Armor is a robotic wearable costume, modeled after Stark€™s own Iron Man suit. Traditionally, it€™s worn by Spider-Man during the Civil War story-line, but if it doesn€™t make an appearance in the latter movie - and the word is that it doesn't - it should be a focal point of Homecoming.

We€™ve had quite a few Spider-Man movies, but not much of a variation on his costume. Sure, they€™ve all featured different red and blue patterns interspersed with black lines, but the overall feel has remained largely the same. The Iron Spider would be a good way to neatly tie in Peter Parker with the wider Marvel Universe, while simultaneously giving us something we€™ve never witnessed on screen before.

We know from Civil War that Spidey and Iron Man have a pre-established rapport, so it seems logical to bring the two even closer together over a mutual love for science and technology.
