5. General Grievous (Revenge Of The Sith)
Easily one of the most exciting aspects of Revenge of the Sith was the introduction of a new villain, General Grievous, who sported four arms, each holding its own lightsaber. How would the heroes ever manage to take him down?
Then the movie came out and, to fans' horror, he ended up being an extremely lame, surprisingly mild antagonist, coming complete with a ridiculous asthmatic cough, and putting up much less of a fight against Obi-Wan than expected.
Sadly this is the prequel trilogy all over, really: underwhelming villains who look awesome in a trailer or on a lunchbox, but don't live up to the hype at all.
It did make Obi-Wan look like a total OG though, so there's that.
