Star Wars Episode VII: 5 British Locations Perfect For The Movie

1. Fingal's Cave, Scotland

0Fingal's Cave Fingal's Cave just transmits a sense of mysticism and power. Formed from volcanic activity similar to that which formed the Giant's Causeway, Fingal's Cave is an absolute wonder to behold. Legend tells that mighty giant, Fionn mac Cumhaill (Fingal McCool, I'm not joking) made this cave his home. Fingall built the Causeway between Ireland in Scotland and challenged another Giant to battle with him, finding that the Irish Giant was thrice his size Fingall retreated back to Scotland to find safety in his cave, destroying the Causeway in order to ensure his safety. Not that this information is essential but it gives you an idea of the wonder of the cave. It is such an incredible sight to see that it has garnered a huge amount of mythology about it, it is irresistible. If I were making a Star Wars film then this is one location I could not miss. It could be a place strong in the force like the creepy hollow where Luke cuts off Vader's head. It could be a crystal cave on Dantooine where young Jedi must go to find the crystals needed for their lightsabers. The possibilities for Star Wars Episode VII are endless. Do you care passionately about a Scottish location that I haven't mentioned, Do you disagree with one of my choices, or do you feel enraged by my description of Wick as 'Low in Color'? Bring up your points in the comment section below! (I actually do really like Wick, no offense was intended).
