7. Padmé Amidala
The chances of this happening are probably somewhere between slim and none, but what if Gareth Edwards' Star Wars spin-off takes place during The Clone Wars? The animated series - which is apparently still canon - proved that there's a lot of interest in this period, so revisiting it in live-action may at least be under consideration. However, it really hasn't been long enough since the prequels were released to start recasting many of their lead roles. Then again, a lot of actors have expressed interest in returning (Natalie Portman isn't one of them, hence Jones taking over), so it if featured quite a narrowed focus, it would be possible for Jones to take over as Padmé and explore more of the history of the woman who would one day give birth to Luke and Leia. Of all the characters these spin-offs could focus on though, she seems one of the unlikeliest choices, so don't count on it.
