8. Carrie Fisher Looks The Part, At Least

Carrie Fisher hasn't done much of note for a long 'ol time. At least, not in the blockbuster movie department. Not to mention, of course, that there have been a number of reports over the years stating that Fisher had gone a little, uh, crazy. Given the circumstances, is it any wonder that recently folk have branded the former Leia Organa as... well, a bit weird? Then there was the issue of her physical appearance at the time of Episode VII's announcement; gone was the sexually-charged, golden bikini-clad icon of the original trilogy, replaced with an unrecognisable, somewhat overweight woman in her late fifties with little left about her to remind you that you she was once Princess Leia. Thankfully, it's time to put all our fears about Leia to rest. Or, at the very least, all those associated with Leia's "look." The new trailer gives fans their first real shot of Leia Organa from within the frames of the movie, and Carrie Fisher... well, she looks great. In fact, she looks her best in almost a decade; sophisticated, collected and properly like Leia, to be honest. Any doubts that fans had about her were eased by that single, telling shot.
