Star Wars: The Last Jedi - 10 Amazing Comics To Read While You Wait
7. Lando
Another Soule book this time, but one that's infinitely more welcoming to newer readers.
As a mini-series, fans curious about Lando won't have to worry about having missed key details in issues gone by. Also brilliant is the fact that it's a proper self-contained story, so once you read it, that's it finished; no need to stress over subsequent graphic novels, spin-offs, or anything of the sort.
Anyway, the book itself is fantastic, and features everyone's favourite smuggler (sorry Han) in his prime, before he got his hands on Cloud City. A scheme later and a robbery gone awry leads the character to a sticky situation, and - without spoiling anything - it turns out he's got his hands on a very important person's equally important cargo. It doesn't go well.
It's definitely one of the best Star Wars books out there, and provides the case for a Lando spin-off as well as anyone could, really.
