Honestly, let's not pretend that Robert Pattinson wouldn't be perfect as Batman for his jawline alone. Long gone are the days of his sparkly skin and vampiric tendencies and he's now an indie film darling with a healthy, appropriately aged following, and a back catalogue of movies that prove he can handle nuance and variance. From intellectual adventurers, to small-time criminals, to a dynamic redneck, Pattinson has proven since his Twilight years he's got some serious chops. And again, a really nice chin.

Whilst he might need to shovel on the #gains for a role as the particularly hench Batman, Pattison has continuously proven his commitment to changing for roles - the likes of The Lost City Of Z as a great example - and his suave good looks and intensity would work well to young billionaire Bruce Wayne's favour, too.

Pattinson is even keen to play a superhero himself, having previously stated that ā€œI’m desperately trying to get a superhero movie now.ā€ Everything good is worth waiting for, and Pattinson has done a solid seven years of it whilst improving his brand in the process. Having had time to grow and develop in the industry as well as shake the baggage of 'that Twilight guy' from his name, Pattinson could be a perfect fit for Affleck's protege, if he's given the chance.
