The Dark Tower: 15 Easter Eggs You Probably Missed

During a set piece on Mid-World, Jake and Roland come across the ruins of an old amusement park, dating back to a time before the world moved on.

It's here that the pair pass a reference to the horror entity responsible for an entire generation's clown phobia, Pennywise from IT.

A hand clutching a bunch of balloons protrudes from the ground and a sign bearing the clown's name is visible at the top of the frame. Presumably, it was the name of the amusement park too.

If that's not enough Pennywise for you, he's returning to cinemas next month in Andy Muschietti‘s IT remake.
