The Lego Batman Movie: 10 Reasons It's Better Than Snyder's Batman
3. It's Got A Strong Female Presence
BvS has quite a few female characters, though apart from Wonder Woman, not one of them makes much of an impact at all, and even she only appears in the movie for a few scattered minutes.
Amy Adams' Lois Lane is the most cruelly undeserved, largely relegated to a tedious subplot for most of the movie, while Mercy Graves and Senator Finch get blown up, Martha Kent is just a damsel in distress, and Jena Malone's (admittedly superfluous) Jenet Klyburn character didn't even make the theatrical cut.
The Lego Batman Movie ironically has far less in terms of visible female characters, but by way of Rosario Dawson's Barbara Gordon, it introduces an entertaining foil to Batman, even if she doesn't appear as Batgirl anywhere near as much as most will hope for.
Still, she's an extremely strong, independent female character and gets a ton of screen time opposite Batman, whereas in BvS Wonder Woman, the only memorable female in the movie, appears for just 7 minutes and speaks a mere 20 lines of dialogue, all of them to Batman.
