Prediction: Lives

The big guy might have to fight Thor (and the law of gladiator battles tends to be to the death), but even in likely defeat he'll live on. He just might not be Thor's friend.

Why?

He has to for some fairly big reasons, and the underlying one that there's nothing yet big enough to kill him. Only Thanos is going to bring that sort of threat (and that will likely require blinking him out of existence entirely), so it's particularly unlikely Thor will manage to beat him AND kill him.

More importantly, Hulk has one of the more interesting arcs heading into Infinity War (according to Mark Ruffalo at least), and Thor: Ragnarok is just the starting point. Expect to see the roots of his new, scarier anger (something borrowed from World War Hulk perhaps?), but also expect it to just be the beginning.
