3. Giacomo Jackie DiNorscio - Find Me Guilty

Hey look! It's Vin Diesel with hair! Anyway, mobsters and Vin Diesel on the surface dont really seem like theyd go well together, but when your Mafia film is a courtroom drama detailing the longest mobster related trial in history, and that the reason the trial was stretched out for as long as it was is because Jackie was just so damn charismatic, it makes sense to cast Vin. With that said a lot of moviegoers were initially perplexed and confused, and rightfully so considering youre placing a star of action movies that gleefully embrace their dumbness, into a drama. Everything worked out though but Find Me Guilty still remains somewhat of a hidden gem and performance that most dont even know exists from Vin. It was an attempt at branching out into something more than the usual standard action fare one would expect but wisely executed in a role that would allow him to play to his acting strengths. Personally, I wish Vin would tackle similar roles. Possibly as he ventures into an older part of his career, more challenging left-turn roles like this will come up.
