What Your Favourite Arnold Schwarzenegger Movie Says About You

Batman and Robin

The_List__Top_five_Arnold_Schwarzenegger_puns_in_Batman_and_RobinThe Movie: Not everyone loved Tim Burton€™s take on Batman in Batman the Movie and Batman Returns. Some found it too dark, and the guys at Warners decided it needed brightening up and making more child friendly. Doing so would surely sell more action figures and hero burger meals at McDonalds (Remember those?) Enter Joel Schumacher. Yes Batman Forever was an enjoyable enough movie and mixed Burton€™s dark take on the series with all the best elements of the camp Adam West version. It€™s direct sequel was unfortunately not a good movie. Schwarzenegger must have thought that following his €˜Twin€™ Danny Devito€™s footsteps in playing a Batman villain would be a good career move. It wasn€™t. This also being his first return to playing a baddie since the first Terminator movie was bound to please his long time fans. It didn€™t. In the film, which starred George Clooney as the caped crusader, Schwarzenegger is undoubtedly the best thing. His Mr Freeze is the so bad its good element in a film where everything else is so bad its bad. mrfreezesizedWhat It Says About You: You don€™t go out much, and when you do have been known to go out wearing a pair of red underpants over your jeans because super heroes are that important in your life. Also you would have definitely gotten that tattoo of Wonder Woman except for fear of infection. You also don€™t like how dark and gritty films have become these days. Everything is trying to be realistic and along the way people have forgotten that movies should be about escaping reality. Soundbite: €œIf Bane isn€™t seven foot tall with a gimp mask then I€™m watching the wrong film. I want the movie where Arnold is dressed like one of the Blue Man Group.€ Favourite Non Arnie Movies: Fantastic Four, Green Lantern
