Wonder Woman: 8 Characters Chris Pine Could Really Be Playing

4. Hawkman

Chris Pine doesn't exactly scream Hawkman, but it could definitely work. Suicide Squad set photos revealed that Task Force X will be paying a visit to his home of Midway City, so there's every chance that Easter Egg could lead to something bigger for the hero. Carter Hall is an archaeologist and adventurer who also happens to be the reincarnated soul of Prince Khufu of ancient Egypt, a hero who became known as Hawkman after he discovered an alien spacecraft from the planet Thanagar which was powered by a mysterious anti-gravity element called Nth Metal. That means he has two sets of memories, but Carter is still very much his own man and a pretty interesting character to boot. Hall winding up on Wonder Woman's home of Themyscira would make some sense if he was revealed to be looking for her home, and he could then be transformed into Hawkman either during the movie or perhaps even in an after-credits scene tease of some sort. It's a pretty long shot, but establishing Pine as this character could lead to Hawkman not only taking on a leading role in Justice League, but also his own solo outing down the line.
