21. Shut Up Little Man

Judy's two annoying next door neighbours who refuse to quieten down and who endlessly tell each other to shut up are a reference to the infamous "shut up little man" recordings, made by "Eddie Lee Sausage" and "Mitchell D. "The tapes were a pre-internet viral sensation where a pair of next door neighbour male room mates were captured on audio arguing incessantly, often ending with the pair screaming at each other to shut up.

incidentally, one of the neighbours is called Pronk - which is what antelopes do when they bound up into the air.

There's been some theorising that because the pair are different species, but share the same last name (which is hyphenated as Oryx-Antlerson), they are a same sex married couple rather than brothers. It's that sort of incidental detail that marks real progress.
